Shipping Conditions Items requiring shipping will be sent the day ordered if placed by 12:00 noon est. Orders received after 12:00 noon est on Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday. Any item ordered by 2pm est Friday for shipping overnight may be delivered with an additional charge of $10.00 by Saturday. Sunday and Monday delivery is not available on shipped items. Delivery times will vary with-in the day promised. In cases of poor weather conditions or items that are sold out, we may need to contact you for a secondary selection.

Gift Items Shipped Directly
Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS. At this time, we are unable to guarantee shipment to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals. Cut-off times for same-day shipment and available shipping options are clearly marked on the order form for each item. The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select. Items shipped UPS Ground can take 7 to 10 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period. Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday. With regards to gift baskets, minor substitutions of particular items may be necessary in order to expedite your order. Please clearly indicate in Special Instructions if for some reason this is not acceptable.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
